SEC Shareholder Reporting Platform

Daily & Monthly

Automated SEC Submission Cadence

Zero-Tolerance

Accuracy Standard Under Direct SEC Scrutiny

The Problem

Daily and monthly SEC-mandated regulatory submissions needed to be centralized and automated, demanding zero tolerance for inaccuracy across siloed tax, accounting, and operations datasets.

The Architecture

Collaborating closely with compliance stakeholders, we engineered distributed Java / Spring Boot pipelines to normalize records across tax, accounting, and operations systems. We resolved complex cost-basis and tax-lot inconsistencies programmatically. Additionally, we modernized the release cycle by building Jenkins CI/CD automation to deliver auditable, change-controlled deployments.

The Constraints

Zero tolerance for error under direct SEC regulatory scrutiny, strict specifications that frequently shifted mid-project, and the necessity of seamless cross-functional coordination with compliance teams on every release.

The Outcome

Guaranteed exact accuracy on automated daily and monthly SEC submissions across the entire fund complex and its institutional shareholders, establishing an auditable, change-controlled release automation pipeline.
