The Problem
API documentation, internal tooling, and developer workflows were highly fragmented across the enterprise engineering organization, lacking a single source of truth for discovering and integrating internal services.
The Architecture
Acting as the technical liaison across engineering and product, we architected and integrated a centralized developer portal utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. We designed RESTful APIs and microservices-based financial data workflows to standardize integrations. Simultaneously, we modernized CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and Docker to enforce strict code-quality gates.
The Constraints
Driving enterprise-wide adoption across two heavily regulated financial institutions while balancing sprint planning, delivery commitments, and stakeholder alignment.
